Horrible online courses, horrible customer service. Try another reputable company. You will never reach a rep by phone, chat will take more than 30 minutes. This company offers sorry online courses that are timed and not self paced. This course is boring and outdated. Read the reviews on Better Business Bureaus website first. They will refuse a refund and keep your money while delivering a substandard product.
The OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Outreach is the most error plagued course I've ever taken.
The course should be scrapped and re-created because it may take more time to fix all the various types of errors than it would be just to start from scratch.
Having said that (considering all the errors), how do you know what you are learning is correct?
That's where this comes down and why you have to pause before purchasing a course.
What you learn has to be 100% correct or it's worthless. What percent is this? Who knows?
How does trust come into play with all these various types of errors that nobody seemed concerned enough to fix when the created this course. It was very sloppily thrown together. It can't be trusted.

The course was pretty self-explanatory & easy to navigate through. Price-wise, it was good as well.
I signed up for a 30-hour course. The website was very glitchy and took 2 times each time I logged in to select my course. During the course, one of the pages provided information that was unreadable. I completed about 2 hours of training and when I logged in the next time, it did not save my place in the training even though I selected the save button(which it should automatically save without having to do this). I contacted their customer support and the service was terrible. I told them the issue and the course that I was having the issue with and they then proceeded to refer to a course that I already completed and stated "We want to make sure if you are referring to the Lockout Tagout (LOTO) - Worker Safety Course Online, this shows it has been completed." What! I just told you that it was the 30-hour Safety course! Then they proceeded to ask me my email address, THE ONE THAT I AM EMAILING YOU FROM! For the course selection issue, they told me to clear my browsing history, re-login, and use a browser like Chrome. Really! I am using Chrome and I am already logged into the website. The problem is when selecting the course on the website. They then message me a week later and state "we are still waiting for the advice of our engineering team regarding the lost progress. About the second concern, content being unreadable, please adjust the screen resolution." Still working on it! Screen resolution! What! I have taken many classes and used countless programs that work fine, I should not have to adjust my resolution because your creation does not work properly. By this point I am done and request a cancelation and refund of the course. They come back with "Regretfully, we can no longer process a refund given the conditions on the Refund Policy. As disclosed to you at the time of registration, you have the right to cancel up to three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase." My response: "Your website/product does not work! You advertise a working product, correct? If that product does not work, you are lying, stealing, and being deceptive." Watch out for this company, they are in the market for profit only.
Do not buy this cr@p. Once you fail your first test they block and force you to buy again. This is s big Scam. You send messages. They never reply.
It was okay but it was really like OSHA 33 or more because of the seat time issues and clock not being synchronized that part was frustrating.
360traning has been exellent the course help me get my food handler's permit and also my alcohol permit this is a great online training program I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends.
All things were good & helpful in course, the material, exams, questions. Well designed course to understand easily the OSHA safety requirements.
One issue, asking very frequently the security questions were annoying.
I have used several other Realtor certification cites - and 360training is definitely the BEST!! I highly recommend 360training.com.
I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of service I received. Purchased a 36 hr CE package and it took over 3 hrs to complete 2 lessons in the first course due to technical issues. The audio never worked and the slides were extremely basic. I called the co and asked for a full refund. Initially, the rep said we don't give refunds, and suggested I gift the course to someone else. After multiple calls, was told I'd receive a partial refund, and they would keep $19.95 for the course I started. Later the same day, I rec'd an email stating I'll now be charged $44 for the course I started, but the site showed $19.95, which is what I was told I'd be charged for that course. Beware doing business with this company. I rec'd poor customer service and was lied to multiple times. I will bookmark this site to ensure I NEVER do business with them again. It' not about the money, but the reluctance to make a bad situation right. ALWAYS check reviews before making a purchase! What a BAD EXPERIENCE!
I took food manager test. The letter became triple during the test and I couldn't read it. So I quitted in the middle. The customer service refused to refund it. Do not waste your time and money.
